Very pleased with experience! Austin was so patient in helping us book our move. We had to change move date and deliver date twice, each time I called Austin was so understanding able to make adjustments. Our crew arrived for moving day on time and made what can be a stressful time so smooth. They were kind, patient, efficient, and so helpful as this was an emotional move for my mom. Delivery day went just as smooth. Crew arrived on time and we were unpacked within 3 hrs. Overall just a great team and outstanding job! Alex, Jordan, Malik came and packed up my house and did a great job. The next day they all came back and also brought Chase and Rodney. They all worked hard and did a great job and took good care of my house while they were moving heavy things around. They all were in good spirits the whole time and acted professional. Put everything where I asked them to and even moved things around a few times that I changed my mind on.
Wow—what amazing hearts Chris Crabtree and his wife have!I called yesterday to inquire about the cost of moving a recliner from one part of our home to another. I explained that my husband was preparing for open-heart surgery and we needed the chair moved to a bedroom on a different floor. The very next day, Chris called to let me know he had a team nearby and could be at my home within the hour.Jason and Jordan arrived shortly after—two young men who were pleasant, professional, and efficient—and quickly took care of moving the chair.Chris was so kind that he didn’t even charge me for his team’s time. Crabtree Family Moving moved us from Littleton, NC to Ocracoke in the OBX. Austin was very responsive on the phone and via emails, answering all my questions clearly. Michael and Jordan were our movers and were exceptionally professional, respectful, and kind! They took special care to wrap the furniture and loaded/unloaded our things with gentle gloves, smiling even when they had to move heavy beds and dressers up a narrow flight of stairs. They kept a great attitude and always smiled, even when their ferry got cancelled and they had to stay on the island an extra night. Our furniture was in perfect condition after the move! Our experience with Crabtree Family Moving was *outstanding*. I have read so many horror stories about moving companies that I was trepidatious prior to my first contact with Crabtree.That said, from the initial consultation with Austin to the sign-off with Marco, we experienced nothing but genuine direct attention and personal consideration. The actual move teams were amazing, highly personable, customer conscious, professional and careful with our home and belongings. Marco, who I assumed to be the lead of the move team, ran a great crew and kept us informed and satisfied throughout. He, Horace, Anthony, and Gebron (sp?) worked tirelessly throughout.
