These guys are fast and efficient. They sent four strong and capable men and a large truck. They wrapped all the furniture that could potentially be damaged. We moved a 3 bedroom house into a 2 bedroom apartment in five hours with some pretty heavy furniture and nothing broken. It is the second time I used them and I recommend them highly and will use them again in the future.
Great crew and very efficientExcellent care & wonderful people
Very satisfied with the movers from this company! They even helped with packing and unpacking. I had one bathroom and parts of the kitchen that was not finished yet and they helped me maneuver all the bathroom products into boxes. They also had large tall cardboard boxes for clothing which was very helpful for the closet. They came with tools so they easily removed out the screws for the tv on the wall and deconstructed the bed frame. When we got back to the new home they assembled the bed back together. They also took pictures of electronics like TVs and checked to see if the Tv was working and not scratched after arrival into the new home.
Great experience from start to finish. The crew arrived on time, handled all our belongings carefully , and worked efficiently the entire time. Pricing was fair and transparent no hidden fees.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable moving service.
I want to start by saying this is a decent service to get your belongings from point A to point B especially if you don’t have too complicated of a moving situation, but there are some things to note:The movers asked me to sign the moving form before they had parking (I didn’t realize), so my clock was running while they were figuring out parking. At the end they also rounded the time up.At the end, I was asked to sign a form stating that none of my items were broken or damaged before I had time to fully unwrap my belongings and actually check. In my experience there is always something small broken when hiring movers - one time it was a plant pot, one time my piano stand and this time it was a piece of my TV stand. The website says assembly is included, but I personally would not recommend it based on this experience. One driver sat in the car and did not help with assembly at all. I’m assuming he needed to rest because the move was strenuous, but he did not communicate that to me. I assumed he was still getting things ready to move inside until I realized he had been gone for a very long time. There was one guy assembling the furniture, which I feel was not his strength. I ended up having to tell him to just leave it because it was taking so much time and I was afraid he was going to break the item. I looked at the assembly instructions after the movers were gone and realized right on the front page it said “two people minimum required to assemble this product”. Instead of honestly communicating that this was not something they would be able to do during this move based on skill and the fact that the other mover needed rest, he did anyway.I paid for an extra hour and a half just for one piece of furniture assembly that ended up not being assembled. I didn’t think twice because I have done this in the past with other movers just to get it out of the way and the results were good. However this time, my furniture was not put together properly. I ended up having to call the manufacturer to get help on how to disassemble and reassemble and pay extra for assistance actually putting together the product.Overall, this is what I would do differently next time: not sign the check in form until the moving van was actually situated. Announce the time at start and end in case they try to round up. Ask the movers if they have ever assembled that specific type of product before, ask them how long it will take, ask if both movers will be working on it and not one. And even then. maybe hire someone else for furniture assembly.I’m giving three stars because this move would have been a nightmare to do alone or even with family and friends. Given the conditions of the move I am grateful all my belongings made it to the new place. In full honestly though I have had better moving experiences.
