Fantastic everything about my move from Riverside, Ca to Surprise Az. Worked out great. Reinaldo was right on top of everything, from the first phone call to drop by to give me the quote. We did it in 3 stages. Packing on one day, loading on the next,( drive to Az) and unload the next. Communication was excellent via phone, email and text. His crew handled everything with care, wrapping with blankets and bubble wrap and cardboard. They handled my fragile and delicate items, excellently. I would recommend the to everyone.

I recently moved across Los Angeles and One Price handled it very professionally. From the attitudes to the uniforms to the brand new truck. Given that the things I had for them to pack were “weird” (seriously: rocks), it was all handled quickly and packed safely. There was a moment when things seemed to go astray (not by much!), but when I raised my hand, the owner - Reynaldo - came HIMSELF to make sure everything was correct and that I was satisfied with the move. Literally, I packed nothing and unpacked nothing, and all That was left to do was decide where I wanted to hang things on the walls. Cannot recommend highly enough - you won’t be sorry!
One Price movers were amazing! It was so easy to book and Reinaldo stayed in constant communication with me about our move and any questions I had. We had multiple things happening with our new place and I thought I’d have to adjust the date and time a couple of times, and although I didn’t make any changes, Reinaldo was very understanding and willing to accommodate my needs. The crew took great care of our things and moved everything so quickly. They even took time to wrap things up and make sure nothing was damaged (even on the very short distance we moved). This was such a relief to know they handled our items with care AND the crew was friendly…making sure that we were OK with everything they did along the way. The pricing is fair and comparable to any other moving services you’ll find in the area, so for me it’s the customer experience that sets One Price apart.
