We had a very positive move. Patti was so helpful and answered our many questions. She was such a calming effect and assured us during our stressful time. Barb was also extremely helpful and worked with us on move as our stuff had been in storage for four years. Daniel our driver was efficient and his crew in Rapid City, SD and the crew in Lexington, SC were accommodating and very efficient. We would recommend Daniel and AAction Movers for any move.
My Military family had a really disappointing experience with this moving company and feel people should be aware before booking.During the move, I overheard one of the employees on her phone telling someone that my home was “dirty” and “filthy.” Aside from being untrue, it was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful—especially while still on the job, in my home.I contacted management to address it, expecting accountability or at least an apology. Instead, they tried to justify the behavior rather than take it seriously. That response was just as concerning as the original incident.Moving is already stressful, and you trust a company to handle your belongings with care and treat you with basic respect. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here.I would not recommend this company based on their lack of professionalism and how they handled a legitimate concern.
