I would have given this company four stars except after the move they looked around my place and said that they would help me get rid of empty boxes, trash, etc. They said they would come by the next day and like an idiot I'd given them the money in advance.They didn't show. When I called I got no response when I texted. I got no response. The move itself was fine except for some complaining about what had to be moved. This is a small two bedroom house no real furniture or appliances needed to be moved.The moving crew was great. Had Mike not burn me on saying they would come back again, I would've given the company four stars. Now I only give them one.Update: I just returned from my storage space. My friends had to completely redo the front half of my space because they just threw the second load in leaving no space to get to anything.I never received a receipt. I would have been better off getting a Uhaul and moving my belongings with my friends, seriously saving about $400. I'm sticking with the one star.
I am very grateful for mike and his crew for being able to help during a stressful move. They were able to come within 24hrs, and gave me one of the best quotes around Anderson/cottonwood. The team was very patient and gentle with our fragile items. The XL truck was a lifesaver. Another big thank you!!!
when my mom had to move, we contacted All Star and they were flexible with our schedule and compassionate our time frame. Their prices were great and wonderful customer service!!They showed up when scheduled, and were so professional packing and unloading. I recommend them to anyone who needs a moving company.
The guys are the best. They gave me a quote and never deviated from the price. They moved a truckload and did a perfect job even putting a heavy adjustable queen bed together. Their expertise was very impressive and their integrity and kindness was appreciated very much by me and my family. I would highly recommend them. They saved the day for us.
This past spring’s freak snowstorm left our home’s big backyard an absolute mess. Even after the professional tree service came in to deal with the eight huge oak trees the storm had brought down, there were still a ton—not an exaggeration—of logs and brush to deal with. Add in the assorted junk that accumulates over 17 years of living in the same house, and the backyard was turning off potential buyers when we put our house up for sale this summer. Enter Marcus and his friendly, hard-working All Star Hauling crew. They took what seemed like an overwhelming problem and quickly knocked it down to size; so quickly, in fact, that my first reaction was “You’re done already?” Now we have a backyard that potential homebuyers tell us is much more of an asset than an eyesore. All I can say is a BIG THANKS to Marcus and his crew!
