I am SO glad we chose We Move It to help us with loading our moving truck. Jeff and his team are awesome!!! They are so efficient, have all the tools necessary to move your big items and to safety move things without damaging. We also greatly appreciated their strategic packing skills when loading our 4 bedroom house worth of stuff into a 26' moving truck. We are so glad they helped and everything fit!
We set up with Jeff, after talking to him for 2 weeks, to move our hot tub. He flaked on us the day we had arranged, and said he could do it the following day. The next day, we waited around for hours, as he continually pushed the time back, till he finally rescheduled for a third day. The third day he canceled us again! We bought extra time in our old house, waiting for Jeff to move our hot tub, plus had extra help show up each day (that we paid to take time off from their jobs)... just to wait for him to never show up! Each time he said he'd call us for updates, he never called. We had to reach out to him over and over again. His communication is terrible! Now we're stuck with no more time, and unable to move our hot tub. He completely screwed us over. We had planned with him for 2 weeks in advance!
Called probably 3 other big movers and none of them could accommodate my needs. Jeff was quick to reply, was exceptionally polite, and gave a most favorable quote. His equipment and custom trailer definitely makes him stand out from other companies. If I ever need anything moved again, I know who I’m calling.
