Incredibly pleasant, friendly and very informative regarding what is included with other specific appliance delivery options. I just wanted to leave a review for Mike and Myles. These two were outstanding. I recently had knee surgery and am limited in what I can physically do right now, and they were more than willing to step in and help without hesitation. They were fast, efficient, and extremely professional. Everything was handled carefully and cleanly, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the customer experience. I really appreciated their positive attitudes and willingness to go the extra mile when they didn’t have to. Matt and Sean G and one other fellow with them, delivered my washer and dryer from Costco. All three men were very polite and personable. They were careful not to damage anything, and put the machines where they needed to be. Highly professional crew who did a fast and efficient job. They called ahead, arrived exactly within the promised window, and navigated the tight entryway with great care, ensuring no damage to the fridge or my home. We purchased a new washer and dryer from Costco in Regina. Jay's Transportation Group were subcontracted to deliver and install the new units in our home. We had just moved to this new home recently and there were no existing washer and dryer. Mike and Miles arrived on time. And after a short consult they determined the best approach to unload and bring the units into our home. They were professional, warm and friendly. The move and installation went very smoothly, they took the time to explain the installation process and tested both units before they left. I was very impressed with their work.
