Upon completion they asked several times if there was anything else I needed. I was really touched as I my home and saw my elderly mother greeted her.

JH Moving is a family-owned business run by brothers, which I appreciated. The packing itself was done carefully and nothing was damaged, so the quality of work was good.

That said, packing a one-bedroom apartment took over 8 hours, which felt excessive. It was a two-person job, and I strongly feel it should have been a three-person crew to be more efficient—especially given the final price. One of the brothers swapped out with the owner during the job, and there was a fair amount of chatting, which added to the overall time.

Overall, the packing was done well, but the efficiency and time management didn’t match the cost.

100% highly recommended. Great communication, careful workers, and man, these dudes are strong. Moved 4 treadmills @300+ lbs each up and down stairs at Bridges Rock Gym in 45 minutes. Will definitely be calling them again!
