This was the smoothest, most efficient, most professional move I’ve ever experienced. The team was very respectful, The team was prompt, asked appropriate, thoughtful questions prior to moving or touching anything. Upon completion they asked several times if there was anything else I needed. I was really touched as I my home and saw my elderly mother greeted her.
JH Moving is a family-owned business run by brothers, which I appreciated. The packing itself was done carefully and nothing was damaged, so the quality of work was good.That said, packing a one-bedroom apartment took over 8 hours, which felt excessive. It was a two-person job, and I strongly feel it should have been a three-person crew to be more efficient—especially given the final price. One of the brothers swapped out with the owner during the job, and there was a fair amount of chatting, which added to the overall time.Overall, the packing was done well, but the efficiency and time management didn’t match the cost.
It was a pleasure working with Jason and Jeremy. They were fast and efficient, obviously experienced and totally cheerful the whole time. I highly recommend JH moving to anyone looking for reasonable and fair rates and efficient service. This is a family run business.
100% highly recommended. Great communication, careful workers, and man, these dudes are strong. Moved 4 treadmills @300+ lbs each up and down stairs at Bridges Rock Gym in 45 minutes. Will definitely be calling them again!
