Ryan and Chris did such an incredible job during my out-of-state move! They were on-time, polite and friendly. They were also quick and efficient while still being careful with my things. The folks on the office team were very helpful too leading up to moving day, making sure I had all the info I needed. Even better, there were absolutely zero unexpected fees added on right before it was time to pay
Jusunio and Christopher were my movers. They arrived at 1 after moving a house earlier. They steadily and professionally moved everything in my house into the truck, packed it well, then packed it tightly into a storage unit. They didn’t miss a beat and carried 4 boxes at a time to the truck which saved a ton of time. They were done by 4 and I was very impressed and satisfied. Thank you!
We used Two Men & A Truck to move large furniture after floors were refinished. The movers were professional and courteous. They ensured that the furniture and the floors were protected. I highly recommend.
EDIT FOR THE REVIEW RESPONSE: Was definitely this location as listed on both my estimate and invoice. My Sales Order # is 0353-000066534?? PSA! AVOID FOR SIMPLE IN-HOME LARGE APPLIANCE MOVES ??I hired Two Men & A Truck during summer of 2025 for probably the easiest job ever. I simply just needed my oversized Samsung refrigerator and freestanding oven/stove moved out of my kitchen down 5 stairs into my garage. Simple right?! Unfortunately, it was beyond painful due to the utter incompetence of this team.I was quoted the minimum 2-hour rate at $170/hr plus fuel and tolls totaling to $390 BUT ENDED UP PAYING $637.50 FOR 3.75 HOURS because they could not figure out how to disassemble and reassemble the fridge doors so it can fit through a doorway. I explained this over the phone to the person quoting me as part of the scope of work yet the 2 guys that arrived for the job didn't have the tools nor the support straps to carry any appliances. How does it possibly take numerous hours to move a fridge?! If I was actually moving my home to another, it would take DAYS at the rate they were moving. I HAD MY ENTIRE KITCHEN DEMOED AND GUTTED IN LESS TIME EARLIER THIS DAY than it took for them to move 2 appliances!!!It doesn't end there - 1 of the 2 guys had some of the worst attitudes I've ever encountered from the minute of arrival, I mean pure hatred for this job. He was rude when my husband offered help and completely ignored us when we tried saying to please be careful of our wood floors and porch, I mean common the pics I included here of the damage speaks for itself. The other guy with him was cool and sadly seemed uncomfortable with his teammate. And to top this all off, they couldn't even put my actual house doors back in place properly after moving the appliances through them. Just an absolute shame and pretty pathetic honestly.
My wife and I recently made a local move in Richmond, Virginia that required substantial downsizing. By the time moving day approached, we were fully stressed and exhausted. Two Men came to the rescue by arriving on-time and working hard all day. We bought lunch for them and ourselves. They never stopped for lunch, taking bites here and there as they kept working. We appreciated there diligence because it got the job done more quickly and the job was priced by the hour. Two Men's pricing was highly competitive. Other companies may send more people and get the job done faster, but their rates are higher, judging from the other quotes we got. Plus Twon Men's pre-move process was stress free. The inventory was done by video and seemed effortless and they communicated often. We never had to reach out to them. Unfortunately, one of the crew members inadvertently broke a custom glass bar top while reattaching it. He immediately called it to my attention and initiated a damage report himself. Because the glass was an unusual type and shape, the replacement cost as much as we paid for the move. Two Men couldn't have been more responsive. They patiently stayed in touch while I got an estimate for the replacement glass and immediately reimbursed me completely hassle free. I hate moving. I hope my next move won't be until I have to go to the cemetery. Either way, I hope Two Men handles it.
