Kleiner Services Inc. Moving Company in Richmond and…

We hired Kleiner Services to help with a local move and I couldn't say enough fantastic things about this team. James and Christian we're personable, helpful, kind, and so fast and efficient. Everyone at the company was responsive throughout the process and helped to alleviate all my moving stress! We are so so grateful!

Kleiner Services did an excellent job on my move. The movers were professional, friendly, and arrived on time. I asked them to wrap my furniture and they did so quickly and properly. Nothing got broken, which is a first out of any move I’ve ever done. Highly recommend this company for a great moving experience! Will definitely hire them again.

I had a fantastic experience with Kleiner’s Moving Company. James and Christian were incredibly efficient, hardworking, and extremely careful with all my belongings — including furniture, artwork, and personal items. Their attention to detail and professionalism made the move feel smooth and stress-free. Mary, the owner, runs a great operation. She was responsive, organized, and truly helpful throughout the process. I definitely recommend giving her a call — it’s much easier and more efficient to connect with her by phone rather than by email. That quick conversation can make everything go more smoothly. Plus she is super nice! Highly recommend Kleiner’s Moving if you're looking for a reliable, respectful, and efficient moving team!

Many thanks to Kleiner, a reliable moving partner we highly recommend. A 5-star moving company. Kleiner excels in their integrated service, offering packing, moving, and storage solutions etc Special thanks to Augustina, our main contact person, who provided invaluable help in understanding the project, giving us quotations, and sharing all the necessary info and details before our move. She is highly professional and made the process worry-free. Under the leadership of Mau (team leader), the packing and moving team handled everything with great experience and logical arrangements, paying close attention to detail and being extremely helpful. With Mau's pre-planned arrangements, every team member worked diligently and meticulously. All items were properly protected, packed and perfectly arranged. The service was excellent, with special care taken for fragile items or those needing special handling, such as a piano, artwork etc. Everything was completed perfectly. Throughout the process, they provided maximum assistance to complete all tasks. They were flexible, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Four months later, we have no doubt that the storage and moving services will be excellently completed as well. We would like to extend our thanks again to Kleiner, Augustina, Mau, and every employee involved. Thank you all very much for making our move much easier and smoother.
