Reviews frequently mention courteous, hard-working crews, clear communication from the office, and calls ahead on move day. Many customers note efficient handling of bulky items and careful protection of fragile belongings. A smaller number of reviews report concerns about damage and follow-up on claims. Overall ratings are strong with consistent praise for professionalism and punctuality.

These guys were great! Pablo has a good crew. Let me know they were on the way. Got our too-big couch out the door without any damage to the couch or the doorway, down the steps and in the truck in record time. Did a great job moving a big dresser and an awkward bookcase headboard over icy ground. Amanda in the office was very clear and efficient, as was James and the person I talked. Also very glad to hear employees receive health in insurance and 491k match. Worth the money!

Pablo and the crew of four were excellent. They worked incredibly hard and moved as quickly and efficiently as possible while relocating me from my townhouse into my new home. Everyone was courteous, professional, and clearly took pride in their work.

There was a small bit of damage to one leg of a coffee table, but it was minor and easily fixed with some wood glue. What stood out most was the care they showed with my other fragile items — they were attentive and thoughtful throughout the entire move.

Overall, they did a great job and I really appreciate their effort. I’d definitely recommend them.

We hired Two Men and a Truck after reading good reviews but our experience was overall not good. First and most important after fully unpacking and triple checking to be 100% sure we noticed two items worth around 900 dollars were missing. I watched these items get loaded on the truck. This would be okay if we got any kind of reasonable response from the company. At first they were extremely apologetic and told me they would do everything possible to help resolve this matter. I then called back 2 weeks post move and received the same response that a manager would call me back as soon as possible. I got this message for days. Still radio silent. This is extremely unprofessional and I am beyond disappointed.

As far as the actual move I can confirm what someone else had said in another 1 star review. We had a crew of 6 and not only did they smoke cigarettes in the truck with our items (which caused them to smell of smoke for a few days post move) but there was also a strong smell of weed. My wife and don't care about what people do in their own time but don't do it in the truck with someone elses property, its disrespectful. The other issue is some plastic bins were not stored properly on the truck and we found that 3 of the plastic bins had shattered. We paid about 3000 dollars in the end and this is not the kind of service you want to experience at that level of cost.

I would not recommend this company for your move.

I heard good things about Two Men and a Truck, so I thought I would give them a try. The lady in the office called me right back and we went over details. She was so nice and helpful. It is wonderful to talk to a person instead of a computer. She was excellent.
I got a call on the moving day letting me know the truck is on the way. That was nice. Three men arrived on time. All three very kind, polite and professional. They worked very hard and efficiently despite the fact it was 2 degrees out. Everything was placed where I asked and they were very respectful to me and handing my stuff.
I highly recommend hiring them. Old customer service, very professional and efficient.
Thanks for a job well done!

The movers worked pretty hard I will say that much. Although unfortunately they caused some pretty bad scratches on our hardwood floor in the living room and in the master bedroom of our new house, that are a couple feet long as well and cannot just be buffed out. They also made a couple marks on the walls as well. We did not notice until after they left, and we did not take any pictures prior to the movers moving our stuff so unfortunately there was no proof it was caused by them. They kind of rushed through the payment process so quick and got out of there that we did not have time to see all the damage they caused until after they were gone. I think next time we will go with a different moving company. We did not want to be one of those customers that hovered and watched every move they made, but now I wish we did. I would rather pay more for a company that takes their time and doesn't damage anything, rather than a company that goes fast but can leave damage. I added so pictures for proof, so it does not look like I am making something random up.
