Had a great experience with CHHJ Rockford. We just completed a move and had a lot of items to get rid of that were left by the previous owner or shouldn't have moved to begin with. The crew that came was on time, courteous and efficient. I would definitely use them again.
Had to replace a hated couch so did online appointment. Something showed on their site that couldn't be replicated. A little back and forth but got resolved. Two gentlemen showed at time they said and were very professional and had a very good process. Thank you.
Very bad experience with this business. You can not trust them. When moving out old appliances and furniture the workers said they would take 2 twin mattresses in the load if we tipped them. Then, unkown to us the workers threw the mattresses out into a ditch about 3 miles from my place. A neighbor saw the mattress in the ditch and we had to go retrieve them. But the workers pocketed $200 extra. The company didn't offer to compensate. I will not use this company again.

I hired them this past Saturday 3/2/25 - 3 guys came and helped me move. We had 3 stops to make and the guys were great! Had great personalities that we could joke back and forth a little. They were very careful handling my furniture and wrapped it up. Highly recommend!
