My wife and I looked into using self move options from Roseville, CA to Reno, NV and after our research decided to search out a local company to assist with the move realizing that our move was beyond a "Do it yourself" project. We researched several local companies and decided to contact Fuller Moving Services and this was the best decision we could have made as Fuller Moving Services exceeded all our expectations.Our family have moved no less than 9 times during our time in military and consider ourselves well versed on what it takes for a move to go smoothly.I reached out to Fuller Moving Services and was greeted by Customer Service & Move Coordinator Lyn. Lyn was quick to answer all questions about timing and coordinating a move across state lines. Her level of knowledge is second to none and very pleasant to work with albeit only over the phone.The estimator for the project, Kevin Myers, came by our home on two separate occasions to assess our own packing and organizing for the move. He was available by phone or text throughout the pre-planning and kept us updated on the aggressive plan we had to pack and load on Day 1 and deliver our household goods on Day 2.Day 1: Cam L., Kip, Seth & Jared showed promptly at 8am, as promised, after a quick walk through they got to work. The level of care the team did labeling, wrapping, moving (especially a few very heavy items) and loading was all completed with care.Day2: Cam L., Seth, & Sergio showed up at our new home at 10am and started their unloading. The same level of care to load the truck was showed during the unloading process. These three patiently asked where each box or piece of furniture was to be placed so as to make our unpacking and organizing our home easier. Extreme care was used in ensuring no damage was done to our belongings or to our home.My wife and I both give highest recommendation to using Fuller Moving Services.
I stumbled on Fuller moving while searching for a moving company. I am a senior and disabled.From my 1st contact with Lyn on the phone to my contact with Barb, I felt respected, and understood. When moving day came, the 3 movers Chris, Serge, Cody were Awesome. Efficient, personable (without being overly chatty) and quick as well as making sure things were where I wanted them.There was only one ding in the wall and the company is taking care of it and communicating with the apartment management for me.Thank you Fuller moving for making my move so much easier!

Fuller moving services provides a wonderful service to the community. They recently helped me and my step mother as she moved from her home to assisted living. Chris, Cody, and Mason were professional, courteous, and hardworking. They made this the easiest move I could imagine, and I have moved many times in my life! All furniture was placed exactly where my step mother wanted it, boxes placed in appropriate rooms, and everything arrived in perfect condition.
