I called this company last minute yesterday but they were great at taking the job even though was last minute. The service was provided by Dennis and Kaden who were on time, professional, and efficient. They were clean, careful, and trustworthy. If I could rate 10 stars I do. I’d recommend this moving company to family and friends .
Worst service ever.They moved my items without telling.They were stored with them for over 9months and I only found this out when I wanted to get my items out of their storage unit. That's when they told me they moved my stuff again to a box truck. Items and furniture are broken and the owner is deceitful. When they moved my items to my own storage unit, saw the condition of my items as the truck leaked and damaged boxes. They stacked heavy items on lighter items. They clearly had total disregard for my items but happily charged me and took my money.Check their complaints on better Business bureau, considering none of the guys I talked to work their anymore. Trash of a moving company with NO integrity.But I'm sure they will blame the customer in some way....Update : there is no point in contacting them to "make things right". The text messages from whomever in the company regarding my items being moved without my knowledge were appalling. The nerve to tell me in text, they did it as a favor and didn't charge me for it was questionable, again, all in text messages. Items of irreplaceable value are also missing (late BF's $500 fishing suit and tackle boxes).
I hired u-Move to help with a household move on 03/02 and it was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they fail to provide me with proper disclosures, but they purposefully wasted time and damaged both my personal property and my residence. Their negligence led to a water leak in my home, causing even more damage.Despite my repeated attempts to contact them over the last 18 days for an invoice or resolution, they have avoided me at every turn. In fact, in a previous google review, they made it seem like I had contacted the wrong company. Today, when I finally spoke to them, they lied about not connecting the washer during the move - I have video surveillance proving otherwise.These people are liars, unprofessional, and scam artists. Do not do business with them. I will be reporting them to all appropriate state boards (DGS, BHGS), the Better Business Bureau, and pursuing legal action against them. Save yourself the headache - they will avoid you at all costs. It's been 18 days and they still can't provide me with a simple invoice that they should have given me before leaving my property. Avoid u-Move at all costs!
Max and CJ moved me to Roseville to Folsom. They were on time, efficient, worked good together, polite and hard working!! They wrapped and padded all my furniture. Took great care of my belongings . We didn’t even go over the estimate. I highly recommend this company. If you want a better experience ask for Max and CJ!!
Dennis and David deserve 100 stars. Dispatch made it very easy to set up the move which put trust into this company. They came early, were very professional, helpful, and everything was done very nicely. Everything was properly protected and wrapped. Not only was the furniture protected, but the house/doors were as well. All the boxes and furniture are where they need to be. The price is very reasonable and well worth the service they provide. Will definitely recommend this company to all family and to everyone out there.
