A small number of reviews describe less positive experiences, but the majority emphasize responsiveness and overall ease of the move.
Loved working with Patrick on setting up the logistics, he made it super easy since we moved from Philly to Austin and the dates kept changing. Jaxon, Sebastian and Luke were extremely professional and helpful with unloading and handling out belongings. They even mounted our TV and it looks great. Couldn't recommend them enough.
I had such a seamless move today and could not be more grateful for Jaxon and the Pack n Go Team! They were prompt , communicative and even handled a small hiccup (out of their control) with such ease that I really appreciated their hard work and friendly attitude. From professionalism to attitudes, these were by far some of the best movers I’ve had. Patrick the owner I could tell is passionate, goes out of his way, and really cares about giving the best service to his customers. Definitely a white glove service!
It’s really hard to gauge and compare moving companies, they will all give you similar quotes. At the end of the day, it’s important to feel taken care of while being efficient. Jaxon coordinated my move and understood my needs but was so helpful with last minute pivots while honoring our initial conversation. I thought I was going to be so much more prepared than what I was but they got me to the finish line. I think it’s important to go with a company that has your back and def one that you can trust.
Pack N Go Movers did a great job with my move. Patrick, the owner, was on top of everything — super organized, communicative, and accommodating with timing and logistics. My move lead, Jaxson, and his team were efficient, careful, and professional throughout the day. Moving is never easy, but they made the process much smoother and less stressful than expected. I’d definitely use Pack N Go again and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers!
I’m honestly baffled by all the glowing reviews this company has received, because my experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had with a moving service. I gave it a few months before writing this, but I feel it’s important to share in hopes that no one else has to go through what we did.We were scheduled to move at the end of March 2025. After reaching out to several companies for quotes, this one appeared to be the most reasonable. We needed a full-service move: packing and transporting everything from our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home (to another 3/2 about 40min North of Austin)—including the garage and a storage shed. The day before the move, the team came and packed up most of our belongings and disassembled heavy furniture. I had already packed and labeled several boxes myself using supplies I purchased. The morning of the move, I got up early, packed my car with what I could, and brought my dogs to our new home. I gave Ty (the contact from the company) the garage code since he said I didn’t need to be present for the rest of the move.Throughout the day, I returned to the old house twice—once to drop off the shed key and once in the evening when they were supposed to be done. They had two trucks and delivered everything to the new house. At first glance, it all seemed okay. I even had a dumpster in the driveway and had personally thrown away items, clearly communicating to the crew what else could be discarded. I remember specifically asking, “Did you get everything? Garage? Shed?” and was assured multiple times that the house was completely cleared out.Later that night, around 10:30 PM, I went back to the house to sweep up and double-check. What I found was shocking. The garage still had items in it, there were tools and belongings left on the patio, bathroom items still inside, and even plants and household items left in the kitchen. I have photos and videos documenting everything. We had a deposit agreement with the investors buying our home, and one of the conditions was that the property had to be completely cleared. Because of the movers’ negligence, we lost our deposit. The next day, Ty and his crew had to return to pack and move everything they hadmissed—something we paid them to do in the first place. To top it off, they even tossed our water hose in the yard of the new house instead of placing it where it belonged. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and costly. I hope sharing this will help others avoid similar issues.Update: 06/05/2025, In response to your message, I was informed by Ty—who I was told was the designated contact—that my presence at the residence was not necessary. If there was an issue with this arrangement, it should have been communicated while I was still there.Your team returned the following day only after the threat of non-payment was raised, which is the true reason the “full day of service” was waived. This was not a favor; it was simply a reaction to a legitimate complaint.Ultimately, your company was paid in full. While you are entitled to stand by the service your team provided, I am equally entitled to share my experience.Additionally, I’d suggest your employees use their own products for their new tattoos next time, rather than asking to borrow my lotion. And don't reuse boxes from prior jobs with writing on them still. We're still going through boxes with "kids' room" labeled on them when we have no kids room.
