I used this moving company's services a second time, expecting the service to be impeccable like the first time. However, the movers on the second attempt damaged my brand-new appliances. The company deducted one hour from my bill to compensate for their mistake. However, I recently learned that scratches and dents can decrease resale value by 10% to 30%. I still recommend this company, but specifically request experienced movers.(Edited December 3rd following a reminder from Anton, one of the managers at Déménagement Avantage Blackburn) I'm adding another star to my initial review because Anton's customer service was impeccable. He offered to deduct a second hour due to the loss in value of my nearly new appliances. I thank him and will definitely use them again next time.
