The owner personally worked with me, making sure to send the most knowledgeable crews, and they were able to work within my deadline. I watched them meticulously pad and wrap every item before loading and unloading the truck with care. I couldn’t have been more happy with my decision to use Arch Moving - highly recommend. I called this morning to see about getting assistance flipping over our heavy dining table that our other movers left upside down and to haul away an extra bed and frame. I got lucky and the company was able to accomodate me same day. Brian and Michael called when en route and were punctual and extremely kind. Communication was clear and consistent, which made the process completely stress-free. They were professional, respectful, and handled everything with great care.
