North American Van Lines

They moved me from Salem, OR, to Greenville, SC. The load/unload manager was professional, but they took 16 days to get my goods cross country, and I've never had a mover take that long for a cross country move. Also, the local office in Salem was remiss in providing me with cost and transit information; they had the office manager and moving agent out of the office at the same time during my move. So, all told, I would not use this mover again.

We had so much stuff!! It took up most of the truck. The driver, Shawn, and his packing crew were so polite, so easy to get along with, and very mindful of packing carefully. They managed all that stuff with ease, even the baby grand piano and heavy gun safe. They were hard working and packed anything we didn’t have packed. The crew who unpacked were also good to deal with. The only complaint I have is it would have been better if all the boxes would have been right side up and the labels facing the front. Otherwise, we felt we were in good hands and could trust our belongings would arrive safely, which they did. Thank you so much for your hard work!
