Since 2021, I've used this method to ship a box every four months, and they were delivered to my home. But the last two times, this hasn't been the case. They require you to pick them up at a certain location or pay an extra fee for home delivery. Additionally, they aren't responsible for damage (breakage/perforation) to the boxes. That's what happened to me; I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.
I want to tell you something. I searched for a long time for someone reliable to send my packages to. And I'm very happy with the service and the way they delivered the package in Mexico, and the service at their office in SBD.

Horrible service package didn't arrive. When we call the customer service he was really rude and threaten us. I recommend you don't use their services and use an alternative.
