I had an amazing experience with Roadway for my cross-country move from Oakland to New York. The Elmer movers arrived right on time and were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient from start to finish.They worked so fast while still being extremely careful with all of my belongings. Everything was well-protected, nothing was damaged, and they clearly knew what they were doing. They even gave us a few boxes for free and offered to re-pack some boxes I had packed myself when they noticed they could be secured better—which I really appreciated.Overall, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience and would highly recommend Roadway to anyone planning a long-distance move.

Mario, Carlos, Oscar, and Rubi were professional, accommodating, and incredibly careful throughout the entire move. They clearly take a lot of pride in their work and treated all of our belongings as if they were their own, making sure everything was packed, moved, and delivered safely and securely. The process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free thanks to their attention to detail and positive attitude. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roadway to anyone looking for a top-notch moving company.
This company is wonderful! We had a fantastic experience. Every person we spoke with and dealt with from the initial inquiry to the actual moving team to the follow-up after the move was pleasant and helpful, answering all of our questions and keeping us informed throughout the whole process. Everything went well from beginning to end, including lots of packing on the one end. Thank you, Roberto (Foreman), Alvaro, Gerson and Alejandro. Lots of extra attention to detail--moving furniture into exactly the place we wanted it and making sure each individual box went into the right room in our new place. They took great care in protecting floors, carpet and walls. The entire team worked quickly and efficiently. They even organized all the boxes that went into our garage! (Something we weren't sure was going to happen but helped us out so much.) We will be recommending them to every one we know who needs a moving company! And we'll be using them again for our next move

They were incredibly fast (I really have to iterate how quick they were!) but handled everything with care. They got straight to work immediately, and the foreman did a great job managing the flow.I really appreciated the attention to detail: excellent labeling, protective blankets for the building, and a willingness to unpack or repack items if needed. I absolutely hate moving. I’ve done three cross-country moves and was really not looking forward to this one because of how stressful the whole process usually is. But when I got a text from Elmer at 5:00 a.m. sharp letting me know the team had arrived, I immediately had a good feeling.From the start, the team distinguished themselves as professional, efficient, and genuinely empathetic. Elmer walked me through how the morning would go, and the team immediately protected our floors and walls before getting started. They moved swiftly and carefully through our belongings and managed to move our 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in just two and a half hours.We packed the boxes ourselves, but the team still went the extra mile to make sure everything was packed and organized efficiently. They carefully wrapped and protected every piece of furniture and handled everything with care. For the first time ever, I was actually able to relax while movers were in my home. Roadway Movers is the first moving service I’ve ever used that I truly enjoyed.Every team member was kind and helpful, and toward the end they even offered to assist with additional larger items that weren’t originally on the list. We also had only one working elevator in a 34-floor building, and the fact that they handled that challenge with such grace and efficiency says everything.At the end of the move, they placed QR codes on each box and scanned every item for tracking, which was incredibly impressive. This is truly the first moving company I’ve worked with that anticipated every problem and solved it seamlessly.
