Wish there was an option for zero stars I do not know how this company has good reviews at all!! Maybe for moving just pianos, but we used them for a long distance move. Worst experience ever!! Terrible customer service, pictures show them wrapping items, which was not done at all,( the only items not damaged in some way were the items i personally wrapped up) The truck as to small they brought, (mind you a rep came out to determine need) the second truck took a month to get, multiple items were missing or damaged. Their supposed insurance sucks, it somehow based "per pound" so an items weighing 20 pounds worth $1200 (a kirby vacumn) is only worth $60 absolutely the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR AN ACTUAL MOVE!!! UNLESS YOU CAN CARE LESS IF YOU GET ALL YOUR STUFF. Or its all broken and damaged or you just dont receive it at all.

Our law firm recently hired D. C. Moore & Sons to move our business from a location we had occupied for more than 35 years. Danny and his team were most respectful, professional, and competent! They happily accommodated all of our last-minute requests. They even offered helpful suggestions as to placement of furniture. We highly recommend them, and I, personally, will only use D.C. Moore & Sons for future moves of any type. You can't go wrong with D.C. Moore & Sons!

Fantastic movers and one of the most careful and meticulous movers you will find. I hired them to move an antique 1840's grand fortepiano since the first movers dropped it. It had to go cross country for repairs and back again after 5 months. They are now the only company I will call for any long distance move of any piano. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend DC Moore and Son for any moving needs. Anthony and the team of 4 men moved us quickly and carefully today. They took time to protect the furniture, walls, and flooring. They didn’t damage anything.

Initially contacting the company was easy online, and they called me right away. They gave us a heads up call (40 min) before arriving on moving day. The men were very polite, professional, and kept things clean. They finished ahead of schedule. A+. Thank you so much!
