I had the pleasure of working directly with Ray and his team when I hired them to move a large couch into our multi-level condominium—an assignment I knew would be challenging. Despite the obstacles, they remained persistent, carefully evaluating every possible approach to safely get the couch to the second floor. They even removed the door frame in an attempt to create additional clearance, and when that proved unsuccessful, they used ropes and straps to maneuver the couch up a long ladder and over our balcony into the living room.What impressed me most was their creative, solution-oriented thinking and their commitment to completing the job without giving up.
