Jason and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They made our move smooth and stress free. Mentors came in with the lowest bid and the final bill was $300 less than that. The crew showed up exactly on time and finished the job in 2 hours. Everything was packed up and moved into our new storage unit exactly as it had been in the old storage unit which is just the way we wanted it. I would use this company again without hesitation.

They also kept to their estimated time of completion; - Attention To Detail: They respected my property, and they took extra care to avoid scratching my piano, hardwood floors, and my walls. - Efficiency: Contract and Payment were simple to execute, as they used digital platforms. - Pricing: I'm pleased with the pricing structure. Well-worth the price. Hector, Miquel, and Antonio were awesome -- they had experience in moving pianos, and they moved my piano from my paddock to the main house without any problems, and they exercised extreme care. Thank You so much to Mentors Moving & Storage! I was extremely stressed over packing up a house & property that my family has had for 55 years. JR the owner made sure he kept in touch with us multiple times. Came to the house 3x to check what we needed moved, if we had any changes, & then any last minute needs. The day of packing we had Steven, Josh, Miquel & Hector. Immediately on driving in they all introduced themselves, & Steven made sure we (mostly me) were totally at ease. Reassured me that they would take really good care of all my “treasures”, labeled everything & asked clarification questions. Those 4 guys worked their butts off! But made everything look easy. On the loading day we had Steven, Miguel, Jeremiah, Alberto, Juventino & Charles. All the furniture was wrapped in moving blankets & taped or shrink wrapped. They made sure anything fragile was doubly protected. We can’t say enough about how they cared about (my emotional feelings) & of all our things. We will be meeting them at our new house in a day. I know they will take as much care delivering our stuff to our new house as they did packing up our old house. Addendum - we wanted to say how GREAT Steven & Jeremiah were with driving our packed house to our new location (5 hours away). They arrived promptly just before 0800, got all our items to us safely (only one broken thing & that was my fault, I didn’t pack it well! All my glassware (which there is a lot) was wrapped so well. We had 4 unloading the truck -Steven, Jeremiah, and their 2 local helpers Miguel & Gabriel- only took them 4 hours! They took all the boxes and paper that we were able to unpack. I just can’t say enough for Mentors Moving Company and the crews they hire.
