Absolutely amazing experience, the guys were on time, they work fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. They were friendly and very easy to work with. This is our second move with this team and definitely would recommend them to anyone and use them again in the future. Kim at the office is very knowledgeable and super friendly. I couldn’t say enough good things about this company.

We were doing major cross-country move and live on a steep hill that can't accomodate an interstate semi-trailer. Not only was Santa Rosa Moving and Storage flexible, responsive and straightforward in all communications, they were consistently professional, clear and competitive on pricing. In fact, Hannah went above and beyond after the move was complete to help resolve a damaged furniture claim. I can't recommend her and SRMS highly enough. You won't be sorry.

The Hawaiian staff and packers did a great job. And the Santa Rosa staff and movers did great in delivery set up , and both Christian & Ricardo did an Excellent job in delivering my boxes into the home. They were courteous and efficient Thank you Marcy O’Malley

I've moved a lot in my life, and this cross- country move and pack was one of the smoothest. Starting with the estimate, our estimator Hannah was communicative, professional and organized. It wasn't the least expensive but it was in line with other national van line carriers. We had a full service pack, and the packers were detail oriented and had a good sense of humor. The movers arrived right on time (one minute early) , were well staffed and very efficient. The driver was communicative while he was driving our things across the country, and it was great to see him again in our new home. I was especially impressed with how he managed our high value items, which were specially packed and checked for arrival and lack of damage. Ultimately, we had no damage to furniture and only a few minor kitchen items were broken. Over all, we were really happy we chose Santa Rosa Moving & Storage and Mayflower Van Lines!

I want to say Santa Rosa Moving was excellent for me. I was helped by Kim Lindeblad and she was very responsive, communicated everything clearly and answered every question I had. The movers arrived exactly when they said they would and packed everything well. The team was flexible in working with me as it was a sudden move. On the other side I had a different set of movers who were.... not great and still had great support from the Santa Rosa team. I want to say thank you again Kim for going above and beyond in helping me with the movers on the other side. She assisted everyway possible and likely is why I have my goods today. Highly recommend!
