In the end, I got ripped off on the cost. Quoted one thing and was charged another. Was told I would only be charged the hours worked, finished an hour earlier, still got extra fees.Note: The movers themselves were efficient and only one thing broken. ??

The best movers by far!! I had the most amazing experience with them! Chris, the owner, is very focused on the details. Him and his crew worked so hard all day!! I had two households purged into one house and it so much stuff!! They were non-stop and so awesome! All furniture was wrapped and taped in blankets! Such care! As they unloaded, they ensured everything was placed in its proper place, rather than just dumping in the room! Nothing damaged!I have moved a few times recently and they have exceeded all other movers, hands down!!I always say … you get what you pay for!Price is very competitive and so worth every penny! I sent this to Chris privately rather than leaving a public review, hoping he could make it right but he hasn’t.We were told everything was removed from the old home and brought to new. We went back to the Denmark home today and have 2 truckloads still to bring over. No one from your team told us that there were items remaining. We also didn’t request for a stop time, so assumed you would finish once the house and garage were all moved. I’m attaching photos of what was still left in the house and garage.Multiple times your team were outside having a “smoke break”, chatting with each other or on their phones. Minor breathers are to be expected when moving, but not smoke and cell phone time while on our clock. I expected professional and organized plans. I believe this to be an issue with management and no guidance to your team.Many times I saw your team members bringing in one small item at a time - many of the smaller, labeled boxes were small and light enough to carry more than 1. I would expect experienced movers to be able to do this more efficiently.We were billed from 9:30am-8pm. I assume there were breaks (lunch and dinner) within that timeframe. There should be deductions for that.One bed was damaged while they attempted to put it back together and now the headboard won’t attach. We had to create a new bracket for it ourselves. Also a large vase was shattered and no one in your company told me about it.Ultimately, we are not satisfied with the time it took to move our belongings and the amount we were charged. We had no appliances, only 2 beds to take apart/put back together and 1 couch. The rest were smaller items that should’ve been quite quick and easy to move. I have moved 3 times over the last few years and always had mover and never been so shocked. This was a modest 3 bedroom home to move. Almost 12 hours and 5 men is a ridiculous amount of time and the only reason could be disorganization and lack of experience and plans.I’m asking that you reevaluate our bill and expect an amount to be returned to us.I look forward to your response.I am very fair and have reasonable expectations. I have given Chris a chance to respond to this for a week now and he has made no attempt to resolve any of it.I would stay away from using Champion Movers
If anyone is in need of a moving company, call Chris at Champion movers ! Chris and his team were very polite, kind, hardworking and very accommodating. I had to change the date, not once or twice, but three times! I couldn't have asked for better customer service. They showed up on time and were very efficient!I had a dump run and three households that needed thing moved to. I am definitely calling then again, once I get enough stuff for another dump run!Great job! I am one happy customer!!!
