Jeff and his team were awesome. They were careful with our fragile items and worked hard from start to finish. Absolutely no complaints about these wonderful people and we would definitely hire them again if needed.
The price was very reasonable and they were very quick at completing the job. However, a dresser was dragged across newly installed hardwood flooring causing damage instead of taking a break and setting it down safely to continue lifting it. We did receive a discount to compensate for that and they were very understanding and honest about owning up to that. However, we also noticed afterwards that one of our mattresses ended up with a giant tear in it from the move causing additional damages to our belongings.
Jeff and Jack have helped us through our last couple of moves. Always on time, they’re with safe and respectful of our stuff. Great pricing for how hard these guys work. Thank you very much for another successful move! ??
Very happy with Ned's! We had them pick up an organ in Sarnia and bring it to us, an hour and a half east. Due to the organ needing to be picked up at the sellers house, communication was key. Jeff and his team were organized courteous and efficient. The pricing was flexible due to the unique job. I would be very happy to use them again!
