I’m really not sure how this company gets such great reviews. The two man crew was friendly but they were slow and careless. They dented several walls at both locations. The guys also scratched several pieces of furniture. While assembling the bed they broke a chunk off of the footboard. All in all, expensive and disappointing…
Initially thought this move went quite well however the movers did manage to break my nice tv. Accidents happen and the said they would sort out a claim for me. After the best part of 4 weeks later I got my settlement offer on my $2000 TV. The offer was $45. Not even enough to cover the disposal cost. Do yourselves a favor and dont risk your goods here.
Check the one stars reviews and check Yelp reviews. I have no idea how they have so many five star reviews. If you do decide to go with them definitely get the additional moving insurance because you will need it.There are still shards of glass embedded in my new leather sleeper sofa.The moving crew ignored my fiancé's instructions to bring the sleeper sofa through the porch door, which is larger than the front door. They attempted to force the couch through, chipping paint and breaking a window next to the front door. The movers eventually had to take the sleeper sofa through the porch door.Glass shards were left on the floor and embedded in the couch. Anyone could have cut themselves on the glass, and the front door could have been opened by someone reaching through the broken window. We were on the phone for hours that day trying to get BC Brothers to have someone come and fix the window.There is chipped paint on multiple surfaces of the building. The mattress and other items were wet and dirty when they entered into our new apartment. The crew shoved items through multiple door frames without using any door coverings. The crew left multiple items still wrapped in blue plastic wrap after assuring us that they would remove it. This was the most unprofessional moving company I have ever worked with, and I would never feel comfortable recommending this company after this experience.
