I am extremely grateful for the outstanding customer service provided by Lindsey Jaskulski. She was consistently kind, responsive, and efficient, and her communication and problem-solving skills truly stood out.

Corrigan Moving Systems served as the delivery contractor for my long-distance (interstate) move. Unfortunately, the pickup contractor failed to communicate accurately throughout the process. My move counselor was largely absent, my shipment was unassigned from the original driver scheduled for an earlier delivery, and no one informed me that the pickup would no longer occur on the date I was given. Despite these challenges, Lindsey went above and beyond, even on a weekend, to investigate the situation, locate my belongings, and provide a clear updated delivery timeline. She also escalated the issue with the pickup contractor to ensure my inquiries were handled with greater urgency.

The Corrigan Moving Systems delivery team was equally impressive. They were friendly, respectful, assembled all of my furniture, and conducted a thorough inventory check to confirm that every item was delivered.

If and when I move again from this location, I will absolutely use Corrigan Moving Systems. Fantastic service from start to finish.

I'm really sad to have to write this. So many people we worked with at Corrigan were lovely. From the sales rep who came and provided the estimate to the team that worked with us on dates/times/methods for storing, packing and delivery - they were all wonderful. However, we had a number of damaged items, including big ticket ones - TV, electronics that went from performing to not performing - that we had to replace. We moved an entire home a fairly large distance and while we did submit a damage report, we only got reimbursed for a portion of it and we are STILL finding damaged items as we begin to use winter supplies. While we can't be sure where the damage occurred, we did overhear the team loading our items on the truck for storage complain about the amount we tipped them. It is frustrating considering we asked in advance how many people Corrigan would be sending to load, researched what a fair tip it would be, and got out the corresponding amount. Corrigan sent an additional person that day to help load. We spent a large amount of money with Corrigan. It is unfortunate that in the end we seem to have missed the secret amount needed to ensure our items would arrive in one piece and functional.
