Movers were awesome. Took care with items and made sure I was aware of what was happening. They did several walk arounds with me until we were positive everything was loaded. I marked where boxes were going (mostly) and they were very good about getting them there. Washer/dryer was a pain to get into the basement (it's a combo unit and bigger and heavier then most). They safely got it down the stairs and where it belonged. Did not make any mess, and were safe and professional at all times.Will highly recommend to anyone needing moving services.
My overall experience with Two Men and a Truck was good. I was able to request a quote easily, and I also spoke with a live representative who answered all my questions. On moving day, they called while en route to let me know they were on their way.They did have one hiccup—the truck was too tall to get under a bridge, which delayed their arrival. However, the two gentlemen who arrived were very reassuring. They let me know right away that the delay would not be at my expense, and they contacted their dispatch center to ensure I received credit for the lost time. The whole move only took about 3 hours and the quote was very accurate to the final price which was a relief. My TWO MEN and A TRUCK were great and I would use them again.
