Carrying everything up three flights of stairs was no small task, yet they handled it with great attitudes and attention to detail. There was absolutely no damage to the apartment complex or her possessions. At her new place, which has brand-new carpet, they thoughtfully laid down carpet runners to protect it.We truly appreciated their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness. I highly recommend this company for any move!!! When doing my research for our move I compared a lot of companies and this one seemed like the best. Honestly I thought it was too good to be true but I booked with them and hoped it was true. Well the big day came and it was all true!! I was moving from a 3rd floor apartment in portage park to a house in Streamwood. I had packed most of my things and they finished the rest. They disassembled my furniture and wrapped everything so well to protect it from debts and the weather. On top of being busy taking care of my stuff the lead maintained communication with me at all times! He walked me through everything they were doing and how much space was left in the truck since he over heard me worrying if they had enough space for our stuff. Some areas were dusty or smelled because of my cat and when I apologized for it they would say not to worry about it. They were super kind and thoughtful. They are definitely built different the way they would strap multiple boxes or dressers to their backs to bring it down was amazing to see. When it came to bringing the stuff into the house they were so respectful they put carpet protectors down and blankets and would wipe things down. They asked for guidance on were to put things. They assembled my furniture back too. It was my first time getting movers and they made it so special for us and so easy. It was not as stressful as I thought moving day was going to be. I’m so grateful for Antonio, Carlos and Nate!! All three of these guys are my heroes on moving day. They carried themselves in such a professional manner and just good guys period!! They had great personalities and great sense of humor!If your moving get this company it’s worth every cent!!!!

Even though it was freezing cold, they still did an excellent job and stayed positive throughout. Communication was clear, and they were very understanding about timing, which we truly appreciated.
