Absolutely deplorable company. We used them for a move across the country, the container caught fire, we lost everything and they have not compensated us anything. Almost two years later we have not received a dime.

This end of the moving experience was great! The drivers, Na'im in particular, were very friendly and most importantly, ON TIME, with GREAT coordination and overall communication. There was some settling and rearranging of our belongings during the transit from FL to NY, but nothing was broken. I only wish the send-off went as smoothly, because it was anything but. This will be addressed in the review of 1-800 Pack Rat in Orlando.

Had a pod delivered and immediately realized I would need more. Smooth transition to add one to be delivered the next day. Kevin called prior to delivery as well as communicated via text. Both pods were picked up on time and the drivers called to let me know how far away they were. Our 3rd pod was delivered with the same professionalism and Kevin called the day prior to picking it up to confirm everything.
Very happy and looking forward to getting them delivered to our new home next month. Thank you Kevin and team!

I have moved MANY times in my life and have dealt with many moving company's, PACK RAT has been absolutely amazing to work with. Very professional and stayed committed to the days and times they said they would be out to drop the POD and well as pick it up. So many companies out there don't stick to thier commitments but PACK RAT out of Rotterdam/Albany NY were awesome! The manager Kevin was extremely professional and very communicative. Unfortunately the 2nd night of having our POD someone attempted to break into it. Which is just sad that someone would even do that. I let Kevin know right away and he was excellent in working with me.
The driver who dropped my POD at my new house, name is Jhensen, he was very friendly and professional.
My experience with the team at the Rotterdam PACK RAT has been fantastic and if I ever move again I will ?? use them as wellas let all of my friends and family know about our amazing experience with them. And the price we paid was WELL WORTH IT and cheaper than PODs!
