Our situation was even a little different than most as we moved a relative from NY to KC without ever being in NY and Andy as well as the other members of Clark - Albany made it as painless as possible. Tremendous job done on both ends of the move.First- hats off to Andy who did our estimate, was able to supply us with repurposed boxes to help, and after some FB marketplace sales visited again to recalculate estimate. He made the front part of the process anxiety free.The Albany team was kind, pleasant, totally happy and ultra professional. Their packing of pictures, mirrors and other items was perfect. They broke down pieces to make the pack more efficient and attempt to minimize movement in the truck. I was amazed by their performance and strengthZach and the Albany area team were the BEST - made the move so worry freeHere on the unpack end, the truck arrived on time as promised. Zach and the crew on this end were equally as impressive. Again the strength and energy of the men moving things to the correct areas, checking on almost each item, and re-assembling was first class. The team placed things were they were asked and adjusted when the wife asked. They even moved some furniture we had bought ourselves and had in the garage.Again- this crew was very awesomeLastly and should be ALL OVER THIS REVIEW- Zach was the best. TRUE GENTLEMAN. He was the constant for us on both ends packing the truck with precision by fitting pieces like a jigsaw puzzle. Drove the truck and coordinated the unpack team. We used Clark Moving & Storage twice this year and both times had a great experience. Andy was super responsive and helpful with coordination and gave great packing tips. Shoutout to the moving crew Benny, Jamie, Sam, & Tony who were all total pros -- super nice and moved quickly without cutting corners. The quote was accurate, nothing was broken, and they happily disassembled and reassembled things. Thanks for a stress-free move!
