Aaron and Chris were THE BEST! They exceeded our expectations in every part of our move! Our situation changed last minute and we will be moving 2 storage units(which they just loaded) in a month. We will definitely be using Bobcat again and specifically requesting Aaron and Chris. They are polite, courteous, professional and fast… stacked our storage units like a winning game of Tetris! And to top it all off, our final cost was 25% LESS than quoted! Can’t say enough about how great they are! ????
I highly recommend Bobcat Movers! Tony and Chris were incredible! We moved our entire apartment across our complex from the second floor to another more spacious second floor apartment in less than three hours. Tony and Chris arrived perfectly on time, moved our entire apartment in a timely manner, were kind, great communicators, and were considerate and cautious with all of our items. The pricing is great and completely worth all of their hard work. Thank you again Tony and Chris! You two truly deserve a raise for all that you do.

We had issues with Bobcat Movers not taking great care of our belongings. We only had them move furniture and a refrigerator. We moved to a new house in our same neighborhood, within a mile. They didn't bring an appliance dolly, despite the fridge being part of our pre-move inventory. I SPECIFICALLY told them to be careful with the refrigerator so as not to tear the flooring -- and then they tore up the flooring in our brand new home. They did pay the damage claim for this but seriously inconvenient one day before Thanksgiving. We then found a dent in the door of said brand new refrigerator. Thirdly, we discovered the master bedroom dressor is coming apart, and the drawers no longer work because of this -- also a brand new piece of furniture. They simply did not handle things with care. The guys who came out were friendly and personable, but that does not excuse the mishandling of our belongings. I can't recommend Bobcat Movers. (Seguin, TX)UPDATE: Response to Blake's reply to my review. We had a phone conversation. What he fails to mention is that he offered me compensation in the amount allowable by motor carrier law, and in the same breath said he was doing so in an effort to get me to change my review because he felt it was "out of proportion to the actual damage done." That's his opinion. I told him I was not seeking compensation for the refrigerator or the dresser, and refused his offer. My review simply states the FACTS and frankly I felt I was pretty easygoing about it. I did not ask for compensation for anything other than the flooring, and they took care of that. I'm not changing my review for money. Facts are facts.
I had a great experience with Bobcat Movers. Scott and Chris did a wonderful job! They arrived when they said they would , they were very friendly and nice. Customer service was great as well ,Jena was super helpful!! I would definitely book them again in the future and would refer anyone I know to them as well!! They also did my mom’s move last December and she was very satisfied!!!! Bobcat movers don’t mess around they move fast !!! lol
