I recently moved to Florida and I had a wonderful experience with Musuclar Moving Men. My contact person was Yesenia Arrieta and she was So.. gracious, kind, helpful and competent. I was given her cell number and I was able to reach her as needed. She answered her phone and there was no wait or put off. She was available and knowledgeable. In my opinion everyone can make a mistake, but it is when people work hard to correct the mistake, that is what is important. This company was with me from the beginning to the end. Anytime I got concerned I was able to contact Yesenia with any questions. The entire team worked together to resolve issues and they were there for us. That is Amazing!! I felt like I had the A team working for me. I have a little pomeranian and my driver Dell was muscular but gentle. I am particular and I requested him to take off his shoes in my new house because I got new carpet. That is not always easy when you are moving things and he was gracious about it with an awesome attitude. You can't get better than that!!
Horrible movers and interstate moving experience. The movers caused about $3000 worth of damages to irreplaceable mid-century modern furniture-Eames chair broken in half, Milo Baughman table leg broken off, 70s chrome suede sofa ripped, plaster sculpture shattered, and I could go on. (I don’t have all of the photos.) It’s a major regret that we trusted these guys. Also the insurance company they use to file a claim for damages is a complete scam—no company representation, fake website, stock photos. Zero stars for this moving company.
