Great moving company. I've used them twice now to move. Matt, the training manager, was the lead on my latest move and was fantastic. The move was super fast so the cost came in less than I expected. There was no damage to anything and made my move so much easier than doing everything myself. Definitely recommend.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! Brandon and his team did a great job loading and moving household goods. Then also went above a beyond two days later unpacking, organizing my kitchen, clothes in closet, and bookshelves!!! They took all packing material away.Friendless, honest, professional!
BEWARE 2 OF THE MOVERS RIPPED US OFF. They moved our furniture and boxed tv and saw that we had so much more to pack. We paid the fee for the move as was set up. The one mover said, " You look like you need help, I can come back tomorrow and help you out. My stupid boyfriend agreed to it. He brought a friend with him. They stared throwing things in boxes. The he said it would be another $600. He told my boyfriend that he wanted to be paid on Zedge. I stepped and said we don't do that. So he said cash. I made the mistake of leaving with my boyfriend to go to the bank. That is when the one guy went into my bedroom and I had a cigar box with my emergency cash, he took $300. in twentys. They helped themselves to all kinds of things while I wasn't there to watch. He took new clothes, still in packages from Amazon, a stupid thing like the handle to toilet bowl cleaner, I had to buy a whole new system because he took that handle. When we got back, I even saw it right by him as he was packing. It was lying on the living room rug. I thought at that moment, what is it doing there, I keep it in the pail in the washroom. But he quickly put it somewhere. This was a SCAM. We will come back to help you, with the stuff you still need to pack. Does Two Men and a Truck Moving employ people like this to scam people like us. We are both 70 years old. I am going to keep reporting this to many outlets and then get the police involved.
We had Jonathan and Brandon move our office today. They were highly efficient, always in motion!! Very pleasant and organized. Very willing to accommodate us. Got our 1900 sq ft of office furniture and supplies in the storage unit seamlessly. Loved working with them!!
I had a very serious and frustrating experience with Two Men and a Truck. On September 4, one of their trucks was parked in a way that completely blocked my driveway, creating a dangerous situation that resulted in an accident involving my vehicle. After the incident, I attempted repeatedly to contact the company by phone over multiple days and received no returned calls. There was no follow-up or outreach from their team during that time. I only received a response after emailing them directly several days later. When they did respond, I was initially provided insurance information. The following day, on September 9, I received another email from the company stating that the insurance card they had given me was expired as of the date of the incident. This caused additional delays, confusion, and stress while trying to figure out how to move forward. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and issues around insurance handling during a situation involving property damage were extremely concerning. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to document everything carefully and confirm insurance coverage immediately if they choose to use this company.
