Truck was driving recklessly in New Jersey around 12pm 3/5/24 Tuesday riding people bumpers dodging in and out of traffic going from lane to lane. Would have contacted the police but truck was moving too fast. Kane should be cited for its truck drivers reckless behavior!!! I noticed the owner only responded to the good reviews but never addresses the bad ones.
The two ladies inside were awesome. Checked in for a 0730 appointment time at 645 dropped the trailer in the door and bobtailed to the waiting area. And was unloaded in less than 15 min. Couldn’t ask for better service. Guards at the gate were polite too. I have another delivery coming for you guys that I’m picking up right now. The ladies even changed my delivery time for me so I could make my next pickup. See you Friday. Thank you !!
People that work in Receiving very rude only have 10 pallets my appointment was 10:30 AM I got here at 10 o’clock then they told me that they change my appointment to 2 o’clock I’m just trying to get home to see my mother on Lifesupport and the lady said she doesn’t know what to tell me go outside and wait! I will never haul for them again!!!
Today was second time here in 4+ years. First time was a reasonable span of wait time, which is to be expected for such a high volume facility. But today was stellar. Dropped trailer in door, disconnected, and barely reached parking area before we got the call that our load was ready. And it was finished about an hour before scheduled appointment time. Happy Prime driver here.
