I just completed a local Seattle region move, and it was the best move experience I've ever had. Kenny was an absolutely outstanding leader of the team both days. He was very organized, quickly coached the team on next steps, and was very communicative and kind to us and his team throughout the move. The whole team was top notch and took great care not only of the items being moved but also both houses. They were very intentional, thorough, and quick. Thank you Kenny, Joe, Marty, Sterling, Chuck, Moses, Wayland, and Jude (and one other person that I can't find your name!) for making what is usually a stressful experience something so pleasant and easy.
I cannot recommend Gentle Giant enough! This was my husband and I’s first time using a moving service, and we are so glad we chose Gentle Giant. The crew, lead by Craig, was seriously amazing. They showed up early, helped back up some miscellaneous breakables and moved every piece we had with such care and attention. They literally ran up and down our townhouse stairs moving things! They were friendly, professional and thoughtful. Arriving at the new house, they asked where we wanted everything to be and ensured we were all situated before leaving. Cannot recommend this moving company more! Worth every penny. Thank you Craig + crew!

This was the first time we hired professional movers and it was so much less stressful than doing it ourselves. Our movers Deneb and Chuck were a great team. They were professional, efficient, considerate and accommodating. They took great care with our items and the communication was excellent. We will need moving services again soon and will definitely contact Gentle Giant again.Also, the move coordinators I talked to, Andrew and Rachel, were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all a great experience!
This was our first time using professional movers, and it was worth every penny. Our crew, led by Henri were really great! They didn’t waste any time, literally running up and down our stairs and the ramps into the trucks. Pouilas, Manny, and Marcus wrapped all of our furniture and were probably more careful than we would have been. Nothing got damaged - either our stuff or either house. Our 2400 square foot home had a lot of stuff to move, so what would have taken us days to move was done in one day. They were on time, polite, and a real pleasure to spend time with. What is one of the most unpleasant and stressful events most people go through was as good as we could have hoped for.Before the actual moving day, the move coordinator Dominic was on top of things, with clear and excellent communications.I don’t hesitate to recommend Gentle Giant to anyone!
