Reviews show strong marks for punctuality, careful handling, and friendly teams on many jobs, with several customers noting stress-free moves and good communication. There are also critical reviews reporting inadequate furniture protection, scratches, and disputes about damage responsibility. Timeliness and helpful attitudes are praised in positive feedback, while consistency and damage follow-up are raised as concerns in negative feedback. Prospective customers may want to confirm packing materials, coverage, and claims procedures in advance.
all seemed OK until I realized I was missing several itemsPiano...left in elevatorFiling cabinet missingSeveral framed pictures alsoNo satisfaction from the moving companyNext move, if ever, I will take pictures of all items before they are removed from the apartmentMoving company doesn't seem to take any responsibility
Extremely unprofesionnal teams that broke and scratch a lot of my furniture because they did not wrap them in blanket. They were in a very bad mood and complaining. No smiling, limit agressive and condescendant. One complained because of all of the driving needed, as if I did not tell prior that it was going to be a long distance. They did NOT cover any of my furniture, a lot of them got scratched, either it was wood or metal. They broke a TV and lied about it saying it was broken in the storage, when it was not true because my husband saw it when they put it in the truck. Owner gave me a very small refund, that don't even cover the use price of my bookcase. Better to find another company or just hope they get rid of that team.
Excellent Moving Service!Stephane and Gino were absolutely fantastic—professional, kind, and extremely helpful throughout the entire move. They handled everything with care, and there was no damage at all. Both are young, strong, and very respectful individuals who patiently listened to all my requests. They arrived right on time and made my move from Waterloo, QC to Laval completely stress-free. I strongly recommend this moving service!
Exceptional Moving Experience! From start to finish, this moving company exceeded all expectations. The team was efficient, professional, and truly caring—handling every item with precision and respect. They went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Their dedication and attention to detail were remarkable, turning what could have been a hectic day into a seamless transition. Highly recommend their outstanding service!
On July 5th, the moving service was provided by express demenagement. The team members worked hard, but they still bumped the piano TWICE unprofessionally. We can understand this kind of accident , but their attitude was very irresponsible. First of all, they did not admit the collision happened during the moving process. After seeing the photos, they said it was due to us before or after the move: self inflicted. So after thinking about it, we decided to post this bad experience as a reference for people who have valuables and want to find a moving company. Also, have a look, who is lying. This is a Yamaha U1 upright piano purchased at Blouin Pianos Inc. Since it's a new piano, a crane service was provided to directly enter the room from the balcony. Never moved after placement. After express demenagement moved out of the previous apartment, the piano hit the concrete steps directly because the mover in front did not lift it (see photo), and then the mover in front was replaced by another person to continue working. During the whole process, our two children saw and heard the crisp sound of the collision from the balcony. After the piano moved into new residence, the piano hit the bedroom door frame again (see photo). Piano and door frame scars are of the same shape. The piano was stained with white door frame paint. White door frame stained with black piano paint(see photo).I would like to ask express, this is what you said, is it that we have broken the piano and shifted the responsibility to you? The piano was not wrapped well, the movers were inexperienced, and you shirk responsibility afterwards. Is this the best service you provide for clients?
