I would like to provide feedback on my recent experience with Johnson Moving Company. While the service itself was commendable, I was disappointed with the duration of the job. The moving process, which involved three movers and a single truck, took four hours to complete. Based on the amount of preparation I had done—everything was boxed and organized within one room—I expected the job to take no more than two hours. It appears that there may be a company policy that encourages taking time with the work, but in this case, the pace felt excessive and not justifiable. Additionally, I observed that the movers spent a considerable amount of time conversing and moving slowly while loading the truck, which contributed to the extended timeframe.
Johnson's Moving & Storage unloaded a 26 foot truck into my apartment. They were on time, friendly, professional and took great care of my things. Nothing broken. I would definitely hire them again.

He was on time; his crew were tardy but we were not penalized for their delay. The team were friendly, respectful, efficient, and fast. They made my storage room move a breeze. I have never used a moving service before but it was a great experience with Johnson’s. Jodie accommodated my cancelation request and helped me reschedule to another day that fit my schedule better.Day of moving: three movers showed up exactly at the time discussed so I appreciate the punctuality. They got to work right away, disassembled/assembled the couch and bed frame so that was convenient. Everything survived.5 stars for communication, work ethic and punctuality.
