TERRIBLE!!! SO much damage to our furniture, absolutely inexcusable for a “professional” moving company. Our glass tabletops were wedged between furniture, couch and throw pillows tossed in, some furniture wrapped and other pieces not wrapped and all stacked on top of each other. Chips, scratches, gouges to numerous pieces, including a hole in the back of my daughter’s dresser. Also, all bolts and screws to attach the furniture was tossed in random places.Please know I don’t make it a practice to write bad reviews, but this is the WORST experience I’ve ever had. Hopefully I can save you the terrible damage I have experienced!I called and spoke to Lionheart and was asked to send pictures so that it wouldn’t happen to another customer. I was also told that once things are loaded and the truck is driven off that they are not responsible…well gee thanks.PLEASE HEED MY WARNING…Use a different mover!! Seeing almost every piece of wood furniture unloaded with damage is absolutely devastating. GO ELSEWHERE for your moving needs.
