I am very pleased with my experience at Fremaux Self-storage from start to finish. They answered ALL my questions (and I had a lot!), and made me feel better about not knowing what size unit I would need. When I arrived just ahead of my movers, I was able to complete the final steps in no time. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and even took me to my unit to show me where it was so I didn't have to try to find it on my own. They again assured me that if the movers didn't think it was large enough, I could move to a bigger one. The units are so clean and well-lit. The elevator is large and also clean. All-in-all, I am very pleased.
My experience has been amazing! I have been in contact with Katie for some time now discussing our needs for a storage unit. She had been very helpful. Of course when my husband and I decided to finally go through with the process we found out that Katie was off. No worries at all, Joe was extremely helpful. We weren't exactly sure what size unit we would need with all of our belongings but he was very helpful in showing us different ways to be able to stack everything to ensure that we were choosing the correct unit for us. The whole process was extremely simple and the prices are unbeatable.
