The manager Charles is an absolutely wonderful person and will bend over backwards to help people! He got us out of a bad situation and was more than happy to help us! We will forever be grateful to Cooper's Moving and Storage thank you again, Charles for being a wonderful person and a Godsend, knowing how to conduct business and retain your customers! Cooper's is very lucky to have you!
Cooper’s Professional Movers is so far the best movers I have hired. Anthony and Keon are very professional and fast. The previous mover spent 40 minutes to break down the king size bed. Anthony and Keon got it in the truck in 15 minutes. If you are moving. Use Cooper’s and request Anthony and Keon!I forgot to mention that Keon and Anthony were very early as well. They did not waste anytime on my moving day and got the move done quick as well.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one.We entrusted Coopers Professional Movers with high-value items and expected a professional level of care. Unfortunately, what we received was the opposite. Our Samsung 85” television (originally $2,999) was wrapped, but the truck was packed in a completely disorganized manner. Items appeared to be placed without structure or protection, and it was obvious that shifting occurred during transport. The TV was damaged as a result. I have photos documenting how the truck was loaded and how items were positioned.Even more concerning, two additional televisions were not wrapped at all and were transported in the back of a pickup truck without proper protection.Beyond the televisions, there was avoidable damage to our home and furniture:• Hardwood flooring at the entrance to the master bedroom was damaged during the move. This was reviewed and documented with Chris.• A solid wood TV stand/credenza (original cost $2,800) had a door broken by a mover. This was also documented and will require repair.• The carpet on the staircase was soiled and stained. No drop cloths were used, and movers did not remove their shoes. We were told this would be addressed afterward due to the weather, but that has not occurred. The consistent theme was a lack of organization, protection, and basic moving protocols. When you hire professionals — especially for valuable electronics and furniture — you expect systematic packing, protective measures, and accountability. That standard was not met.I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its handling procedures moving forward.
Coopers Movers was a professional hard working crew. First, they came by the house prior to the move to make sure we were all on the same page. On move day, six guys spent over 12 hours working almost non-stop to move my family after the first snow storm of 2025. They even showed up early in a Sunday! My main priority was my special needs daughter and they were very accommodating as we cared for her at home during the move prior to getting her out of the house. In addition, they knew how to take apart her specialized bed and set it up when we got to the new house. Moving is hard, and if you want someone else to do it, you will have to pay. So, do yourself a favor and pay for professional results with Coopers.
Movers showed up right on time & were very nice but never asked if I needed anything wrapped or boxed. They never rolled my area rug up or mattress topper just thrower it in the storage. I was quoted $380 for two hours & told them when I received the quote that I had stairs. When they were finished I was told I owed $512.00 on top of the $75 deposit already paid. I called Charles & was told he’d check it out. I ended up paying $555.00 for a two hour move. I also tipped the movers $40.00 each. I would not recommend this company at all.
