The customer service is impacable because the staff Sarah, Sterling, Ron and the district manager Matthew are always extremely personable, patient and accommodating. They also conduct themselves in a very professional manner and they go above and beyond to ensure that their clients are satisfied with the service they're receiving. Moreover, public storage's prices are very reasonable as well as affordable, and the staff always empathizes with their client's hardships. Additional, the staff are very informative, knowledgeable, reliable and accessible to answer any questions or resolve problems that might arise.
