Lisa is one of the best mangers that have ever worked there. She has been super helpful and very understanding of the multiple issues that i have had with being late on my payments. Fees are steep and when faced with medical issues which resulted in financial difficulties, they would not work with me at all to reduce the late fees or give me any consideration thereof. They ended up getting all of their money and what worked out to an extra 75-100 PER MONTH IN LATE FEESSick. Absolutely sick how they extort money out of someone who was a great bill paying customer who lost their vision 4 months ago due to medical issue and can't work. Seriously when money became tight they bled me almost 100 extra every month. It's nauseating how they punished me
I had to move my 43' 5th wheel rv into storage for a yr. Due to circumstances I couldn't check on it for a yr while it was at storage sense. I was expecting the worse when picking it up, but besides being dirty , it was in great shape. It was a big relief knowing it was in a secure and well kept facility.
