Didn't need a truck, just a couple of strong guys to move a single large and heavy item from my trailer to my shop. Prime Moovers were fantastic!! I can’t say enough about how impressed we were with the communication, curiosity, hard work, dedication, and commitment the entire Moover team showed throughout the whole process.We had some last minute adjustments (which we didn’t anticipate) and Clint was kind enough to help us out with the added services. In addition, we had some real heavy (solid wood) large pieces to move and the moovers didn’t complain once. They buckled down and kept going. The entire move took longer than anyone anticipated (no fault of Prime Moovers). It was just a lot more difficult than anyone expected. They moved us to two different locations and everything went smoothly. We will definitely be using Prime Moovers again (if they will let us). LOL.Thanks all!! You are priceless!!The Doves
I could not be more pleased with Prime Moovers! Clint sent Demetrius, Conner, Vincent, Daniel, and Tony; they were the perfect guys for the job. They meticulously wrapped all my items, wrapped the doorways to make sure they didn’t get scratched, and were friendly and helpful the entire time.
I cannot say enough fantastic things about this moving company. After a terrible experience with another moving company in Springfield involving a truck and two men, this was a complete breath of fresh air. Their office manager provided me with a quote, got me booked quickly, and answered all of my questions. He was extremely professional and super empathetic to my past experience being less than desirable. On moving day, Conner, Tony and Demetrius showed up right on time. They handled all of our stuff like it was their own, wrapped it all with extreme care and loaded it on the truck. They are the moving company you call FIRST, when you want everything done right the first time. I would give them 6 stars if Google gave me the option!
Prime Moovers have helped several times and employees and owner are always professional and competent. Demetrius and Vincent did a fantastic job of delivering furniture and disposing of old assorted items. This time was related to water damage at home, but company is also very good at moving seniors into and out of Assisted Living. Owner and employees are very kind and is easy to work with.
