At first, I felt like there was a bit of miscommunication/no communication at all regarding our move. But once the actual move happened, I couldn’t be more impressed with the people involved. The actual owner himself came out and personally plowed our entire driveway (we had lived out in the country and it had just snowed a lot) to allow the moving trucks to have easier access. That is truly above and beyond. The actual movers themselves were phenomenal. Our house was massive and we own a lot of things but they did everything so efficiently and nicely. All four of the movers have great attitudes and are so pleasant to be around and they did a wonderful job. At the time of the move my son was six months old and I feel like they were so courteous of even him- making sure he wasn’t getting too cold while the door was open, etc. I can’t speak more highly of each one of them. My fiancée and I had a great moving experience with Jerrell and Antonio.There was a slight delay in their start time due to the weather (lots of snow), but they called to let us know they’d be arriving soon, and ultimately they were only about 30 minutes behind schedule.I’ve moved many times, and these guys were hands down the best! They took extra care with our belongings and both homes, even taking the time to pad the door frames on the way out. All of our items were wrapped and secured properly in the truck as well.Not only were they polite, but they were incredibly professional and extremely efficient. Our move would have taken even less time, but their boss insisted they go above and beyond—including shoveling snow to create a clearer path for the move.Even with the additional snow-removal tasks, these gentlemen never complained. You could tell they genuinely enjoyed helping us. Their teamwork and camaraderie were outstanding — truly a great team.Great job to you both!!
The guys did a great job moving my Mothers furniture (some antiques) and personal items from one assisted living community to another over two hours away - loading and unloading. Very respectful, good humored and efficient. Thanks for a stress free experience.
