We had a great experience with Cubeit for our recent move. The container arrived earlier than expected, which made the process much smoother. The long-distance customer representative did an excellent job, ensuring the delivery and pickup were organized and stress-free.The driver was friendly and professional, which we really appreciated. However, my only concern was that the truck used for delivery was not a crane truck. The plan was to place the container on our driveway, but since the truck didn’t fit, it had to be dropped off on the street in front of our house instead.That aside, the container was picked up on schedule, and the overall service was reliable and efficient. Despite this small hiccup, I would still recommend Cubeit for their professional team and smooth process.

The only good thing I can say about this company is the driver who delivered our pod was fantastic.Users Beware!!!!! Always ask where the service areas are! We were told that they deliver anywhere but it could be 5.00$/km outside of the Edmonton area.Called today to get our pod moved to our new place and they will NOT deliver now.Nothing in the contract stated as such and now we are stuck off loading it and using a new company to deliver! Horrible service and so much more extra money now that we are out!
