Never mind 5 stars, I say 10 stars for JORDAN at the 485 Diamond Ave location in Spruce Grove! From the "get go", Jordan was so kind and helpful. When we were struggling to logistically fit our items into the storage unit, Jordan went waaaaayyy "above and beyond" in helping us! He has no idea what a difference he made in what was already a tough situation... well done Sentinel in hiring such an "upstanding" young man!
Was promised a heated unit and offered a smaller one for a temporary basis. Never got the heated unit and was moved to a satellite location with uneven pavement and significantly steep incline around the perimeter. Also was forced to pay for one of their locks at $20 because of the type of locks they’ve had installed a normal lock doesn’t work. Had to pull everything out before the snow really thawed as water was penetrating into the unit. Also found that my lock was not locked anymore this past weekend meaning my unit wasn’t secure anymore. I definitely locked it when I was last in it as I pulled on the lock to make sure it was secure. From the ice and snow melting. There was ice frozen up along the bottom of the door and inches of water. The unit I was given also had significant damage to the corner which allowed snow to blow into the unit to pile up against my stored items. Outrageously charged for horrible storage.
I had a great experience at this location today. My dad is already a customer and recommended it to me. I was serviced by Mary who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made the process of signing up a breeze and easy to understand. I highly recommend this place for your storage needs.
The manager went above and beyond to help my family out with accommodating getting us into a storage unit . I highly recommend using them for your storage needs. The unit was clean and the hours of being able to access my unit was good. I give them a 10 out of 10 ????
