On January 10th, Bob movers came and assisted me with my move. The three individuals they sent out did their job amazingly and professionally. Items that were disassembled and reassembled were done in orderly fashion, all of my items were also handled with great care ensuring no damages were caused upon transportation.Crew also had an amazing sense of humour during the job, which is always appreciated as moves are extremely stressful. I will be recommending friends to use this company as not only are they efficient but they bring such a positive work environment not only to their coworkers but also to clients.
The team I dealt with were awesome, the two gentleman Will and Rugden (sorry if I spelled it wrong) were absolutely great during the entire move! They were very patient and understanding. They drove very well on the roads. We made great time from Welland to Ottawa! They also loaded and unloaded very quickly. I was quite pleased with the whole experience. They are excellent at their job and made the experience very enjoyable and stress free. Sam at the office was also incredibly helpful with everything before the move.Thank you guys at Bobs so much for making this big move for me such an easy transition! We had a great experience when we moved recently using Bob The Mover. We have moved several times in the past 10 years using a variety of movers in the Niagara region and none of them can compare with Bob the Mover. Very polite team and very gentle with our items. It’s certainly the best moving experience I’ve had yet!! Moving sucks in general but they made it much easier than usual. We also used there packing services which was amazing and worth every penny. The price I received from them beat every other quote I received. I highly recommend them.

Bob The Mover couldn’t have handled our move out and in any better. Communication with arrival which was right at scheduled time, perfect walk though for both myself and the business. Jamie, Jeff, Riley all listened to the important stuff I was concerned about and delivered. Professional in every aspect. Strongly recommended to get Bob and his team to make your move. If there is a next time I’d feel more than comfortable not even being around either site worried about a move. Excellent service great folks.
